'Tell the Bees' Fabric Debut with Windham Fabrics

I am so delighted to announce that I am joining the team of designers at Windham Fabrics.

It has always been a dream of mine to see my name printed onto fabric selvedge and my debut fabric collection, which many of you may be familiar with, is called “Tell the Bees”

Inspired by my love for bees, This fabric collection has tiny bumble bees, climbing honeysuckle and bee hives. There are 18 prints to choose from in coordinating colourways, ranging from french blue greys, honey mustard yellows and dark navy blues.

There is an old folklore called Telling the Bees. It was once considered custom to notify the bees of any changes to daily life, including births, deaths & marriages. The bees were the beating heart of nature itself and if forgotten they might leave their hive or stop producing their honey.

I hope that whatever you make with Tell the Bees fabric will inspire us all to save the bees and remind us all of our close relationship with them.
